This policy covers the one optional purchase in Vampire Feast: Remove Ads ($3.49 USD one-time — introductory launch price, ordinary $7.99), sold by Orivexsystems, Sweden.
As an EU/EEA consumer buying online, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal (ångerrätt) under the Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lag 2005:59).
Remove Ads is a digital service that activates immediately after payment. At checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the benefit has been delivered. This is permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2 kap. 11 § Distansavtalslagen).
Because the benefit is granted instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once activated — but see below.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out. Note that a refund automatically removes the ad-free benefit from your account.
Email support@vampirefeast.io with the email address used at checkout (from your Stripe receipt). We aim to reply within a few days.
Nothing here limits your mandatory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law.
