These terms govern your use of Vampire Feast (the "Game") at vampirefeast.io, operated by Orivexsystems, Sweden ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
Vampire Feast is a free-to-play browser game provided "as is". We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your progress and settings are tied to a random sync code stored in your browser. This code is your key — keep it safe. If you clear your browser data or switch device without saving your sync code, that browser may no longer be recognised. You are responsible for safeguarding your own sync code.
The Game offers one optional purchase: Remove Ads, a one-time payment of $3.49 USD (introductory launch price; ordinary price $7.99) that hides banner ads. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge. The benefit is tied to your sync code and follows it across devices when you use it. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Your right of withdrawal and refunds are described in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Don't cheat, exploit, automate, attack, or disrupt the Game or other players, and don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may restrict access that breaches these terms or harms the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. As a consumer you also enjoy the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and may bring disputes before your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows when. Continued play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
