Everything reaches us at support@vampirefeast.io — support, bug reports, refunds, player reports, press and business. Vampire Feast is operated by Orivexsystems, Sweden. There is no ticket system to navigate and no bot to get past; mail goes to the people who build the game.

We aim to answer within a few working days. We are a small independent studio, so replies come from a person rather than a queue — but that also means they are not instant.
What to include
The single most useful thing you can send is your sync code, if the problem touches your account or a purchase. It is on the menu screen under sync progress, and it is how we find your record — we have no username or password to look you up by.
| If you are writing about… | Please include |
|---|---|
| A purchase or refund | The email address used at checkout, the last four digits of the card, and your sync code if you still have it. See the refund policy first — it may already answer you. |
| Lost progress or a lost purchase | Your sync code if you have it. If you do not, the Stripe receipt email — the menu also has a restore purchase option that works from the purchase email and card last four. |
| A bug | What you were doing, what happened, your browser and device, and the game version from the bottom of the menu (currently v3.10.2). A screenshot helps more than a paragraph. |
| A player | The name shown in the arena and roughly when it happened. Names are auto-moderated at every entry point, but behaviour is not something a filter can catch. |
| A mistake in a guide | The page and the line. The guides are generated from the game's balance file, so a wrong number is a real defect and we want it. |
| Press, partnership or portals | What you have in mind. Key art and a press kit are available on request. |
| Privacy or data requests | Your sync code, and what you would like done. Your rights and what we hold are set out in the privacy policy. |
Before you write
A few things are answered faster by a page than by us:
- How something works — the FAQ, or how to play for the basics.
- Why the game feels laggy — covered in the FAQ. The usual causes are background tabs and distance from the router, not the server.
- What changed recently — the updates and patch notes.
- Refund eligibility — the refund and withdrawal policy.

Frequently asked questions
How do I contact Vampire Feast support?
Email support@vampirefeast.io. Include your sync code if the problem involves your account or a purchase, since that is how your record is found. Replies typically come within a few working days.
How do I report a bug in Vampire Feast?
Email support@vampirefeast.io with what you were doing, what happened, your browser and device, and the game version shown at the bottom of the menu. A screenshot is more useful than a description.
How do I get a refund for Vampire Feast?
Read the refund and withdrawal policy first, then email support@vampirefeast.io within 14 days of purchase with the email address used at checkout and the last four digits of the card.
How do I report a player in Vampire Feast?
Email support@vampirefeast.io with the name shown in the arena and roughly when it happened. Player names are moderated automatically, but behaviour reports need a person to review them.
